As an enterprise we bear social responsibility. We are obligated toward persons as well as institutions, and in particular toward our employees, suppliers and the public at large. We are also responsible to government agencies and public authorities.


We seek to deal with all of these people and institutions properly and respectfully,
which is why we have incorporated a Code of Business Conduct (PDF 292,0 kB) into our corporate strategy. All KURZ employees are bound by this Code and shall take the following internationally valid standards as reference:

 

  • the Convention of International Labour Organisation (ILO),
  • the UNO's Human Rights Declaration
  • the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms,
  • the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
  • Agenda 21.
